Nitrogen gas plant is based on the liquefaction of air working on low and medium pressure cycle.
We use high quality distillation trays & multi-pass exchangers and condensers for getting high purity nitrogen by separation of liquid air with low power consumption. Air separation unit is the most important part of the plant responsible for 60% of its costing. It is made using high grade stainless steel using argon welding. All components are purchased only from the reputed OEMs.
